The renovation process involved techniques such as restoration, preservation, and adaptive reuse. Restoration aimed to return the building to its original condition as closely as possible, while preservation aimed to keep the building in its current condition, but with necessary repairs and maintenance.

 

Adaptive reuse involved changing the building's purpose while preserving its historical character. Throughout the renovation process, it was crucial to work closely with preservation experts, architects, and contractors with experience in historical renovation to ensure that the building's historical integrity is maintained while also making necessary updates to ensure its safety and functionality.
